This Isys Micro valve design offers functionality for a range of machine configurations:

  • Isysnet Fieldbus offers full functionality for large, complex machines using many valves, inputs, and outputs. Isys Micro can have up to 4 Valve Driver Modules, controlling 32 valves each, coupled to a single fieldbus node. With bus extension capability using additional input and output modules at each expansion point, a full 256 inputs and 256 outputs can be connected, a simple wiring solution for decentralized machine control networks on Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, and Profibus, where the inputs and outputs are directly attached to the valve manifold.

Wainbee is proud to introduce a new addition to their existing hose and tubing product line.

Series 154, ArcticAir by Parker is a lightweight, flexible kink resistant thermoplastic hose designed for use in cold temperature conditions. Unlike most conventional rubber hoses which tend to “corkscrew” when frozen, this hose remains soft and supple. The specially formulated PVC construction is 25% lighter that conventional rubber hoses making it ideal for use with pneumatic tools. Also this hose has a non-marking pin pricked cover that is resistant to oil, abrasion and weathering.

Maximum supply pressure: 300 PSI (20.7 Bar)

Temperature range: -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to +65°C)

Available ID sizes: 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2”

The new 3MA represent the general-purpose version which meets the most market demands. Although the 3MA is perfectly suited for many applications, there is an occasional need for something different. To accommodate these demands, the highly versatile 4MA Series has been designed. The 4MA will provide the same fit as the 3MA, but its construction offers more flexibility for modifications.

The efficient design of the 3MA/4MA actuators results in a reduce weight, low friction and advanced sealing technology. Also the flexible mounting platform allows almost every NFPA mount to be fastened as an accessory.

General 3MA cylinder features:

  • NFPA interchangeable
  • Bore sizes 1.125″, 1.50″, 2.00″, 2.50″, 3.25″, 4.00″, 5.00″
  • Strokes available in any practical length
  • Rod diameters 5/8″ and 1″

This ground-up redesign offers unrivaled power density due to the use of oversized ballscrews and thrust bearings in traditional package sizes. The result is a product that is capable of increased force output from a given frame size, or increased product life at the same force output.

This comprehensive line includes 3 body sizes of filters, regulators, filter/regulators, lubricators with various combinations and accessories.

Utilizing patented modular body connectors, individual units can easily be assembled into various combinations. With a robust and lightweight aluminum construction, this new FRL range offers a full range of sizes with 1/4” to ¾” NPT, BSPT or BSPP ports being able to accommodate any customer requirements.

This product line features high-efficiency element for excellent water removal capabilities, accurate pressure regulation with quick response and precise adjustment of the oil drip rate.

Based on Origa rodless cylinder, Parker now offers a complete solution for linear drive systems. This is a totally modular concept which offers the choice of pneumatic or electric actuation, with guidance and control modules to suit the exact needs of individual installations.

The actuators at the core of the system all have a common aluminum extruded profile, with double dovetail mounting rails on three sides. These are the principle building blocks of the system to which all modular options are directly attached.

AKG offers a broad range of brazed plate and plate and frame coolers. Cooling all types of fluids, these stainless steel coolers can handle a wide variety of fluids for your mobile and stationary applications. For aggressive fluids there are options for nickel brazing and titanium plate construction. Sizes range from 1 – 10,000 hp of heat removal and can be exposed to operating pressures up to 435PSI and temperatures up to 450° F.

AKG Series – has SAE fittings on the back for oil, NPT fittings on the front for water. This arrangement allows for easier installation into a hydraulic power package and the stand is customary.

P Series – NPT fittings on the front for both fluids. This arrangement is preferred for process applications. The stand is optional.

  • Heat recovery
